Marveling and Following After Catholicism

Yesterday, the Catholic Church through its current leader Pope Francis, conducted a ceremony to declare two past popes as saints. And the whole world paid attention. Newscasters, not even Catholic, reported the occasion in a tone of admiration and reverence.

Why? Why does this organization and no other declared Christian denominations get such respectful news coverage? The answer is that Catholicism is considered in the minds of most people, mainly non-Christians, as representative of Christianity as a whole. But it isn’t. In reality, it is antithetical to Christianity.

There are so many of its doctrines and practices that are unbiblical and downright heretical. This, the granting of sainthood, is another example of that. Man, with his criteria for sainthood, doesn’t have the power nor authority to make someone, and especially a dead someone, a saint. The Bible, the inspired Word of God, does the defining, and it applies to the living.*

I can’t say that I don’t understand this slavish following of what the Catholic Church does. I understand it all too well. The book of Revelation prophesied it (13: 3). I go into the details in my book The Three Angels’ Message: God’s End-Time Warning.

In the book, I talk about the positioning of the Catholic Church to once again be the world’s voice and enforcer of all things religious. I reveal the spiritual power behind the church’s history and current affairs. How and why the enemy of our souls uses the church to exalt itself is exposed.

Read this book and discover the almost two-thousand years-old, deceptive spell that’s been cast upon believers. From the book, God’s voice is recognizable— His plea to worship Him in spirit and truth.
