The Lowest of the Low

After kidnapping the 8-year-old girl, he sexually molested her and strangled her to death. This happened here in Jacksonville, Fla. about two weeks ago.

About prison life, I’ve heard that this guy, like all incarcerated child killers, will be looked at with the utmost disdain by the other prisoners—and rightfully so, I say. They who prey on children are the lowest of scum in society—from a secular view.

From heaven’s viewpoint, though, there’s a worse class of people. They’re called Christians. Let me put it another way; they call themselves Christians. They wear a Christian mask and they talk spiritual thoughts. In fact, most of them preach spiritual thoughts.

However, consciously or unconsciously, they serve Satan. Looking and sounding like angels of light, they sway God’s people away from the truth towards eternal death.

Here’s why I’m writing this. I heard a radio preacher briefly touch on the Sabbath. He said that God doesn’t mind what day one chooses as the Sabbath. He confidently proclaimed that taking any one of the seven days as the Sabbath-rest will do.

That’s a lie! It’s incredible that someone can fix their mouth to say such a thing. It’s bewildering that ears and hearts believe it. Our Father is not a God of confusion. He specified the day. It’s the seventh-day that God set-up as the holy time of meeting with Him for a special occasion. Within this temple of time is a blessed, sanctified oasis of refreshing; created for everyone to come in.

It is wrong – a blasphemy in fact – to say other than what God instructs. Those who teach their weekly sabbath, as opposed to God’s weekly Sabbath, are saying that the creature knows better the will and desire of the Creator than does the Creator.

The results from such human, vain teaching can be the death of souls. For the soul who sins shall die (Ezekiel 18: 4). And the breaking of God’s commandments is a sin (1 John 3: 4). Keep in mind that if just one is broken, they’re all broken (James 2: 10). Satan’s agents teach the breaking of the fourth one.

Those who proclaim that any day will do as the Sabbath are looked at from heaven in this way:

“Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 5: 19.

This passage isn’t saying that law-breakers and those who teach law-breaking will reside in heaven, and that once there, because they made a mistake, they are considered to be second-rate or substandard citizens in the kingdom.

The passage is expressing the attitude from heaven that the transgressors are thought of as the lowest sinners here on earth. They are an abomination to heaven; more vile than any child molester/killer. In no way will they enter heaven, according to the next verse (Matthew 5: 20).

In my book, The Three Angels Message: God’s End-Time Warning (See advertisement), I deal more extensively with worship and how it relates to the Sabbath. Indeed, who one will worship – God or Satan (through his human minions) – is THE issue for the end-times. The book’s central message and warning is to worship God the way He wants to be worshiped. Otherwise, the consequences are fatal.
